Let’s face it, sometimes it’s hard to Focus on positivity when we have physical or emotional pain. We’re human and we can’t beat ourselves up over not being perfect. It will only keep you from receiving.
Sometimes the conditions aren’t so easy to overcome but with a little help and the motivation to Feel Better, it opens us up to receiving that much more.
The main thing is to strive to Feel Better. Give yourself some credit and a break. There’s a sequence of steps when you’re not feeling good that are easy to follow without the pressure of feeling the best 100% of the time.
When you’re not feeling so great, find something that makes you have a thought, or emotion of feeling a little better. Practice that feeling till it goes from trying to feel better to actually feeling better. From there you’re place of “better” becomes feeling good. The more you feel those things that make you feel better, the more that feeling grows and eventually you’re Feeling Amazing! Feeling Light and Clear, and Energized, and Motivated. That’s Alignment.
That’s the simplest way. Yes, sometimes things aren’t as easy as they sound, especially when there is physical pain in the way. Sometimes a little help can’t hurt to alleviate some of that physical pain so that you can focus more on what you want and feeling good and Looking Good!
